1. I am grateful for your confirmation

of your acceptance as a charge on Hong Kong,

funds of all expenses in connection with

the first batch of 5 scholarships under

the above scheme.

been made, as a charge to Hong Kong's

allocation from C. D. & W. funds, application

will be made for a further free grant,

also chargeable to Hong Kong's C.D. & W.
